Among other tops, Asheville, NC, is noted for being a top city for dog owners. It’s no wonder either. With pet-friendly restaurants, numerous parks, and hiking trails in our backyard, the area is a wonderful place for dog owners (and their pets) to call home.

Henderson County is North Carolina’s number 1 producer of apples—and is a top producer nationwide. With fall apple festivals, activities, and tasty treats, it’s so easy to fall in love with fall in the western North Carolina mountains.
